The location is very central, but there is a free secured parking - very useful if you travel by car. The breakfast was delicious with many varieties. The evening receptionist (man) was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location, nice neighbourhood, short walking distance to the main square. Secure free parking (if their parking is full, there are several garages nearby where you can park, not free though). Staff was amazing! I got a room upgrade and they didn't even make a big deal out of it - this was such a great customer service and I cannot recommend them enough. Breakfast had many different options (sweet, salty, sour, gluten free on demand..). I am a light sleeper, but I slept like a baby, it was very quiet. All in all everything was great, but I will be back for the staff; they were simply wonderful.

Comfortable spacious room. Breakfast superb - amazing spread. Good location for walking around main attractions. On site parking. Note that you have to check in first as car park has secure gate. Receptionist provides all instructions. There is a small lay-by in front of hotel for parking whilst you check in. If you are unlucky enough to arrive at a busy time and the lay-by is full you will probably have to drive round the block until a space becomes available!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was exceptionally comfortable, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean. The location couldn't have been better, offering the convenience of free, secured parking, which is a huge plus. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every member I encountered was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's location is also ideal for exploring the city. It's within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and famous monuments. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable experience.

Our stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel Astoria was overall very pleasant. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff ensured that our room was spotless throughout our stay. The location was another highlight, as it’s conveniently situated within walking distance of the main attractions in Zagreb, making it easy to explore the city. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast selections, which offered a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to cooked dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. It was a great way to start the day.
